This blog is being written for ALL of you dealing with the despair and confusion of chronic pain, depression and fatique not easily explained. I am also wanting to share information, frustrations, my own experiences and to let you know there is someone else out here - you are NOT alone and you are NOT nuts! I would love to bring a smile to your face.

It's Sunday and I am already very short on gluten free bread and they're closed on Monday....hmmm. I am in luck - we went to Whole Foods yesterday so I do have Udi's Gluten free bagels - which are a bit dry but are great toasted and pricey for 4 bagels - still they make a great substitute until I can get to my favorite gluten free restaurant for staples. http://www.thelittleaussiebakery.com/ I have been looking at gluten free recipes and plan to start doing some baking and cooking in the next few weeks. Look out stomach here it comes!! (lol - it'll be fine). Since getting stricter with my diet I have noticed less abdominal bloating, decreased joint swelling and the psoriasis I have is actually getting better. It's amazing how a simple change can make such a big difference. Being on a limited budget - I have to look at websites and blogs on twitter and facebook. Many of them seem promising and of course the above restaurant does carry gluten free flours so I can use those as a base for recipes. Any of you that have recipe recommendations - they would be greatly appreciated!!
