This blog is being written for ALL of you dealing with the despair and confusion of chronic pain, depression and fatique not easily explained. I am also wanting to share information, frustrations, my own experiences and to let you know there is someone else out here - you are NOT alone and you are NOT nuts! I would love to bring a smile to your face.

Wish Me Luck
I've decided to start doing more things even if it causes more pain. I really cannot afford to have someone come in and clean the house anymore. All of my friends work or have daily activities - I am so blessed that my best friend (who is also a nurse) has changed her work schedule to take me to Dr. appointments and to run errands. Another very close friend who is retired goes out of her way to take me on errands as well. Then there is my significant other who helps out in all different ways to make my life easier. So as you can see I am not without help but I feel I should try to do more on my own especially around the house. Sometimes I feel it is unfair to ask others to do these things especially since they have their own lives as well. My Dr. has recommended against that type of thinking but then again he is not in my shoes. I know I will probably have more pain doing these things but I can't justify spending the money or asking others to do it for me.
