This blog is being written for ALL of you dealing with the despair and confusion of chronic pain, depression and fatique not easily explained. I am also wanting to share information, frustrations, my own experiences and to let you know there is someone else out here - you are NOT alone and you are NOT nuts! I would love to bring a smile to your face.

Okay - Good Job!?!
Pacing Yourself - Strategies for Managing Stress
I had been sleeping really well until last night - maybe I got all my allotted sleep for the week because last night sleep eluded me for much of the night. Early this morning I gave up and started to make my list of things to do - after about 10 minutes I decided to act on a previous post about doing more around the house. I decided that I would alternate laundry and kitchen chores - that way while clothes were in the washer/dryer I could use my walker and clean out the refrigerator, wipe down the counters etc and then put the clothes away. I got quite a bit done before my body just said NO MORE so here I am taking a break and blogging. March Madness has taken over my TV viewing allowing me to get other things done - reading, filling out/filing papers & going through mail. I also organized my beads for bracelet projects next week. Even though I am tired and a bit sore I do feel a sense of accomplishment. I feel with the correct amount of pacing myself I might be able to get things done in a timely manner.
