This blog is being written for ALL of you dealing with the despair and confusion of chronic pain, depression and fatique not easily explained. I am also wanting to share information, frustrations, my own experiences and to let you know there is someone else out here - you are NOT alone and you are NOT nuts! I would love to bring a smile to your face.

Recovering Slowly
As you know we had an amazing albeit brief time away from home this week. I am now paying for the enjoyment of the winery and the antique malls. My legs and my back hurt a lot and of course I could sleep for the rest of the week. I've slept really well the last 2 nights so I am hoping the fatigue starts to fade going into tomorrow. The increased pain will probably linger as it does anytime I stress myself physically or emotionally. I have gotten over my stomach issues from the German restaurant and was so happy to get bread from my favorite gluten free restaurant here in San Antonio. http://www.thelittleaussiebakery.com/ So hopefully when I sit down to blog tomorrow I have happy things to talk about instead of this incessant griping that has plagued me lately!! I see the Rheumatologist next week so will update you about that next week. There are a couple of new blogs I am following about gluten free and autoimmune topics - I will get them posted along with pictures of Fredericksburg very soon.
