Brain Fog???

Do you ever have those senior moments - you know the ones where you forget what you were going to say in the middle of a sentence or you just can't think of the word for something - yep those. I have read and been told by my Dr. that those moments are called "brain fog" and are related to both Fibromyalgia and Sjogren's - GREAT I get a double dose! http://www.fogmagazine.com/fibromyalgia-and-brain-fog/ The more fatigued or stressed I am the more it seems to happen - really embarrassing when you can't finish a sentence, say the wrong word or stop the whole conversation because of something you've said. http://www.sjogrens.org/home/about-sjogrens-syndrome/symptoms. So no you are not NUTS!! All that being said there is good side - When you can't remember someones name just  BLAME it on BRAIN FOG!!
